Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return package to our Cape Cod headquarters using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
